Do we have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we do take a deposit which will secure the agreed start date and also cover the cost of materials needed to complete the work required. We do this as every job is different and we can’t re-use materials on another job to re-coop our costs if you decide to not go ahead with the work.
What guarentee do you offer?
We offer 12 months guarentee on all our labour which we provide. Any guarentee based on materials or items we provide will come directly from the supplier or manufacturer.
Can we provide materials?
Yes, of course you can. However, if we provide the materials we pass all our trade discount to you. Therefore, providing your own materials will more than likely cost you more. Also, if you’re providing us with materials to do the job required and there are any missing items. this will slow the job down and will result in an extra charge to yourself.
How quickly can you start?
All of this is discussed with yourself when we arrange your free quotation. It all depends on the dates we have available and how quickly we can source/order in materials required. If you’re in a hurry and would like to know availability then please get in touch.
